Our website and app present information about VVM Technologies — our services, our own products, selected client work and articles — and give you ways to contact us. Both are free to use and neither requires an account.
Information is not an offer
Descriptions of services, products and past work are provided for information. They do not form a contract or a binding quotation. Any engagement between us is governed by a separate written agreement.
Using the contact forms
Please send accurate information and only submit enquiries relating to genuine business interest. Do not use the forms to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, and do not submit anyone else’s personal details without their permission.
Our content
The VVM Technologies name, logo, written content, designs and screenshots belong to VVM Technologies or to our clients. You may share links and screenshots, but please do not reproduce our content commercially without permission.
Third-party services
We link out to phone, WhatsApp, email, maps and other websites, and we load our VisitorConnect chat service. Those services have their own terms, which apply when you use them.
Availability
Most of the mobile app works offline. Features that need a connection — sending an enquiry, live chat and opening links — depend on your network and on our servers, which we do not guarantee to be available without interruption.
Liability
The website and app are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, VVM Technologies is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
